Teriyaki marinades give big flavor to all foods. They are so simple to make so there’s no reason to buy a prepared mix. You can use this marinade on pork, chicken, seafood and vegetables.
- 1/2 cup Raimondo Winery 18 year old Traditional Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup Raimondo Winery Garlic Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh grated ginger
Mix all ingredients well and place in a zip lock bag or plastic container with up to three pounds of your favorite type of meat, poultry or vegetables.
Refrigerate and marinate for 1 – 2 hours.
Grill and enjoy!
